Rubber grip on thigh strap peeling off after wearing it 3 times

5 stars for the bag. I love the thing. But I have to give it 2 stars because on my 4th time wearing it, the grippy rubber that’s on the thigh strap is already peeling off. And it is not even at an area between my legs where I would expect for it to eventually wear down. On top of that I have tried contacting them twice about this issue, maybe I just received a faulty pouch, and I have yet to receive any contact back after a little over a week.

I enjoy not having to carry a bag on my back. Only thing I would say is that some of the rubber on the straps are already coming off
