What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to limited inventory, we are unable to process exchanges or returns at this time. Once your order has been fulfilled, we will no longer be able to make any modifications.

When can I expect my order to ship?
Orders will be shipped within five Business days
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship within the US. Looking to expand in the future.
Can the Holster Pouch clip on without a belt?
The bag can be used without a belt, but it is recommended for the best user experience.
Can we expect other Pochi products?
There are a family of Pochi Goods that will be in the works in the near future. More bag silhouettes, apparel, hats, belts and wallets are a few products which can be expected by 2023.
